In accordance with "Responsible RestartOhio" we are requiring all staff to wear a face covering. We do strongly recommend our patient's do as well when entering the office.
We ask that only patient be present at the appointment with the exception of a minor or patient requiring a caretaker. We ask that only 1 parent or caretaker arrive with the patient and will be taken to the treatment room with the patient. And PLEASE if you are not feeling well call our office and reschedule your appointment.

To ensure your convenience, below is the information you need about our podiatry office, including our hours, location, appointment scheduling and insurance acceptance.

Appointments
If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Insurance
Our office accepts most HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. Due to the constant change insurance we recommend you call your insurance and verify that we are participating in your personal plan. If we are not please call our office with your insurance information and we will see if we can become a participating provider.
