Precautions for COVID-19

In accordance with the new orders by the Governor we are requiring all staff to wear a face covering as well as our patients.

We ask that only the patient be present at the appointment with the exception of a minor or patient requiring a caretaker. In that situation only 1 parent or caretaker should be present and will be taken to the treatment room with the patient.

Please arrive close to your appointment time to help avoid too many in the waiting area at one time to help with social distancing.

And PLEASE if you are not feeling well call our office and reschedule your appointment.
